Welcome to BITSAA Pune!

Pune - a city of culture and heritage, education and industry. An Oxford of East, Detroit of India - that is Pune - boasts of best state funded Indian University, several premier research institutions, pleasant climate through most of the year, entrenched old economy, booming IT and BPO industry and a rare mix of traditional and modern cultures. BITSians descended on the city from as early as 1950 batch and have been making their mark in such diverse fields as banking, business, defence, education, entrepreneurship, journalism, research, politics, theater - some gaining nation wide and world wide acclaim. Pune chapter has some of the most senior and most successful BITSians on its list of members.
